We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1 working day after receiving payment unless otherwise specified on the item listing, although during very busy 'peak' periods processing may take slightly longer. Please note that orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. Items that are not paid for immediately will be held on reserve for 7 working days from the date of order. After this time they may be relisted and sold. This may mean a delay in dispatch once payment is received if we need to order the item from the supplier.
For certain items, mainly larger items, we may contact you to arrange a suitable date for delivery. To make this process easier it is very helpful to us if a valid phone number is provided with the order.
We currently only accept payments from credit/debit cards registered within the UK or from PayPal accounts with a primary address within the UK. If you would like to place an order with us from outside the UK, or you are using an international card, please call us on 020 8208 6999 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the item that you would like to purchase and the country to which you would like it shipped. Our Customer Support Team will then ascertain whether we can process your order and reply to you with the decision. Please be aware that we may not be able to accept international orders from certain countries.
In the rare occurrence that we have run out of stock of a particular item which has been ordered, or if there is any other reason to delay dispatch, we will contact you as quickly as possible.
We provide secure payment processing for all major credit and debit cards through Barclays ePDQ and PayPal. We pride ourselves on our reputation for protecting our customers' interests and we therefore have a very stringent security process to ensure that all payments are authorised through all available checks. We ask that all our customers check their details before submitting payment as any incorrect information may result in a delay to the order processing or a cancellation of the order.
Please note that we only accept orders through PayPal where the delivery address is a confirmed PayPal address. This may mean that we are unable to accept some orders where the delivery address is different to the billing address. This is a fraud prevention measure and is in place simply to enhance the security of our order processing and provide extra peace of mind to our customers. To ensure a smooth transaction please ensure that your delivery address is a confirmed PayPal address.

Our warehouse team will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient time for the delivery to take place.
Palletways with e-mail you tracking details, and they will call you 1 day before delivery to book in the delivery with you.
On the day of delivery, Palletways will send you an SMS text message giving you a 2 hour time slot for delivery.
Please ensure that there is at least 1 person at your property who can help with the delivery.
