You won’t need to grab a tea towel after either, because this model uses the hot air leftover from the wash to dry everything to perfection – making it really energy-efficient as well. And if you need the cutlery sparkling in time for dinner, there’s also a handy quick wash programme that takes just 27 minutes.
GLASS HOLDERS
Glasses are kept secure thanks to the newly designed stem glass holders which have a minimum touch area, stopping any movement and reducing watermarks on touchpoints. These also offer increased stability for tumblers, larger glasses and mugs.
ORBITAL WASH SYSTEM
This system consists of a double spray arm, with contra-action rotation, which distributes water evenly throughout the cavity. The spray arm jets are perfectly shaped to direct the water with precision, ensuring an excellent wash quality and a greatly reduced noise level.
FLEXIDUO
Smeg have completely re-designed the 3rd Cutlery basket to create a totally new solution: the Smeg FlexiDuo which allows you to arrange cutlery or small cups, ladles, or bulky utensils however you like: It consists of two separate and moveable sections, which can be adjusted individually depending on the dishes placed in the basket below, or even removed entirely depending on your loading needs.
Three loading levels to optimise space
The 13 place setting configuration offers a high load flexibility and great performance. Re-designed to feature the new FlexiDuo baskets at the top, allowing greater flexibility when loading the dishwasher.
Three loading levels optimise space within the dishwasher so once loaded an even larger amount can be washed during one cycle.
The baskets below the FlexiDuo baskets can be automatically adjusted on 3 levels even when the basket is loaded, to allow plates of up to 30cm diameter to be placed below, and the lower basket includes a number of adjustable sections.
TOTAL ACQUASTOP
In addition to the partial Acquastop protection present in all Smeg dishwashers, this model has an electronic device fitted to the water intake hose, which monitors water levels in the machine, detects leaks in the hose and switches off the water supply immediately when necessary.
