Ingredients-

·      165g Tinned pineapple pieces

·      300ml Full fat coconut milk

·      150ml Tinned pineapple juice

·      3 tbsp Icing sugar

Utensils-

·      Whisk

·      Medium-sized bowl

Method-

Step 1-

Firstly, place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and blend until the sugar is dissolved.

Step 2-

Next, pour the sorbet base into an empty CREAMi Deluxe Tub. Place the lid on the tub securely and freeze for 24 hours.

Step 3-

Then, take the tub out of the freezer and remove the lid. Make sure to use the Quick Start Guide to ensure you understand the assembly and processing information you need for your maker.

Step 4-

Select “TOP”, “FULL” or “BOTTOM” on your maker and use the dial to select the “ICE CREAM” function. Simply press the dial to begin the process.

Step 5-

Once the process is complete, you can add mix-ins, or simply remove the sorbet from the tub and serve immediately.
