Ingredients-
MAKE IT DAIRY FREE: You can swap out any dairy ingredients for dairy-free alternatives if desired.
1-3 servings:
· 350ml Whole milk, chilled
· 350ml Black coffee, chilled
· 60g Caster sugar
· 1 tbsp Double cream
4-6 servings:
· 700ml Whole milk, chilled
· 700ml Black coffee, chilled
· 120g Caster sugar
· 2 tbsp Double cream
6-8 servings:
· 850ml Whole milk, chilled
· 850ml Black coffee, chilled
· 140g Caster Sugar
Method-
Step 1-
Firstly, whisk together all ingredients in a large bowl until combined and the sugar is fully dissolved. Then, pour the mixture into the vessel.
Step 2-
Select “FRAPPÉ” on the maker. The preset will start at the default/optimal temperature to provide the perfect texture. The temperature can be adjusted, if desired.
Step 3-
The unit will audibly alert you once the frozen drink has reached optimal temperature. You can serve immediately, and add whipped cream and any sauces you like!
