Enjoy intense searing and deep grill marks. It’s perfect for steakhouse-style grilling, sizzling steaks and pork chops, juicy sausages, marinated chicken breasts, tuna steaks, halloumi skewers, veggie kebabs, and corn on the cob and even frozen foods.

The flat plate is ideal for cooking foods the grill can’t. Sear and sauté delicate ingredients such as sliced vegetables or thin cuts of meat and fish. You can even cook scallops, prawns, and salmon with exceptional results. This smooth plate interlocks with the grill plate to harness the high temperature, creating moist and juicy dishes at any time of day.
