'Direktouch' controls use the very latest digital technology to ensure precise heat selection. The electronic touch controls enable you to directly access the desired cooking level or simply slide your finger along the scale until you reach the required heat setting.
The adaptable surface for every pan
The MaxiSense induction hob has self-sizing cooking zones. That means each zone detects the sizes and shapes of the pans you’re using, however large or small, and sends heat immediately to fit their bases exactly. So you have complete control, and the hob responds just the way you need it to.
Hob2Hood - Cook without distractions
Hob2Hood automatically controls your compatible AEG cooker hood and lights so you won’t get distracted by trying to regulate the fan when you’re at crucial cooking moments. But if you’d rather adjust the fan speed yourself, there are manual controls on the hob too.
Power Booster
When you need some extra heat, use the Power Booster function to get to a higher cooking temperature quickly. Once your meal is finished, the flat ceramic surface is easy to wipe clean, and it's scratch resistant.
