Boiling water need not come from a kettle when you've got the Quooker PRO3 Flex Stainless Steel Pull Out Tap in your kitchen. This mixer tap dispenses cold, hot and boiling water on request, through a double push and turn handle that's simple to grip and operate. It comes through upper and lower ceramic disks, which move against each other with a shearing motion and can either block water or allow it to pass through. These disks are wholly durable and will last a lot longer than rubber alternatives. They can stop the water-flow with a mere quarter turn of the tap. Cold and hot water combines with the flexible pull out hose, for rinsing items by hand with a spray head or, alternatively, a 270-degree swivel spout can be used. The spout also releases immediate boiling water, of heat up to 100 degrees, is ideal for making tea and coffee, producing water for pasta or even sterilising baby bottles. The attached tank has a capacity of three litres, with an extra high water pressure system that can dispense two litres every six seconds. A cold water rate of 2 bar is required.
